Creativity Begins
Where the Mind Stops Hindering Thought.
Creating Team Flow – With Process Facilitation.
Strong teams communicate with joy, grow beyond themselves, break boundaries, and develop groundbreaking ideas. In every team, untapped potential slumbers beneath the surface, like in the iceberg model. Only a part is visible, with valuable resources lying underneath. Is there also much more in your team than you’ve utilized so far?
As facilitators, we help uncover these treasures. We don’t tell you what the solution should look like or exactly how to get there. Instead, we offer you techniques, methods, and processes with which you can design the solution path and the solution itself in the team workshop.
Facilitated team workshops are suitable for various concerns, e.g. for:
Team Vision and Goals
In daily operations, we sometimes lose sight of the goal. Even more serious: the question of the purpose of collaboration arises. Do you want to find out what drives you and where you’re headed? A workshop helps clarify the common direction, develop a powerful vision, and draw new motivation.
Self-Organization and Collaboration
Sometimes things have simply piled up, sometimes suitable new tools are missing. When work organization suddenly no longer functions on its own, things can get out of hand. We help you examine your processes and tasks closely and systematically reorganize them. In doing so, we look together at what needs and expectations everyone has.
Clarified Roles and Expectations
When introducing a new leader or reorganizing a project, it’s sometimes useful to clarify roles and expectations. What’s important to us in our collaboration? What are the team’s expectations of leadership, and do they align with my own leadership understanding?
Communication and Feedback
Lack of communication is often the cause of difficulties in teams. What others receive is often not what we think we’re sending. Misunderstandings arise, leading to disruptions in collaboration and sometimes hurt feelings. Some have never received or given appreciative feedback or constructive criticism. It’s worthwhile for team spirit and work success to reflect on and re-explore communication.
Conflict Resolution
Nothing blocks a team as much as an unresolved conflict. Even if it exists only between two people, it often affects the entire team. A team workshop is an opportunity to clear up irritations and misunderstandings. This doesn’t have to take the path of confrontation, but often resolves itself like a Gordian knot with the help of systemic moderation. Under the impression of negative emotions, it’s often overlooked: the energy bound in a conflict holds great potential for the next step in development!
Co-Creation with Customers
Workshop facilitation creates the framework for genuine co-creation with customers by specifically promoting exchange, creative thinking, and joint solution finding. Customers feel heard and actively involved in the development – this not only increases the quality of results but also customer loyalty. Companies that professionally facilitate co-creation thus gain a decisive competitive advantage: They develop tailor-made solutions that truly stand the test of the market.
