With learning experience design, process moderation, training, consulting and coaching, I support the development of potential and skills for future viability. On the way to becoming a self-learning organization, I advise and strengthen crucial meta-skills. I develop learning journeys and formats that offer people a framework to try things out and explore new territory.

Driven by curiosity and enthusiasm for experience design and co-creation, I started my professional career by founding a startup with like-minded people. As a creative lead and brand experience designer in the team of well-known agencies, projects that I have managed have even received awards. After many years of operational creative work, I successfully made the transition from creative director to process facilitator.

With over 20 years of experience in project work and in senior management roles, I have in-depth experience in facilitation, as a workshop moderator, trainer and in creative consulting for start-ups, medium-sized companies and DAX-30 companies. When I help unleash ideas that can be translated into tangible and manageable solutions, I am in my element. My home is Berlin.
