Workshops and Design Sprint Facilitation

Training of Moderators and Facilitators

To anchor experience-based learning in organizations, we offer training that enables employees and leaders to independently facilitate learning and innovation processes. Our three-day training on facilitating Design Thinking teams and workshops provides hands-on skills necessary to lead group processes and promote creative collaboration.
