Seminar Description<\/strong><\/h4><\/h2><\/div>

The three-day Facilitation Training provides in-depth skills in facilitating Design Thinking workshops. You switch from the perspective of a participant to the role and mindset of a facilitator. You learn how to guide creative processes, how to promote inclusive collaboration, and how to deal with different team dynamics. You moderate divergent and convergent phases, resolve conflicts, and encourage the participation of all team members. As a team, you design your own Design Thinking workshop, which you present at the end of the seminar and moderate an exemplary part. You receive facilitation techniques for all phases of the Design Thinking process. This will help you support teams in correctly applying the methods in Design Thinking projects.<\/p>\n<\/div>
