Co-Creation in the Global Team at the Wella Trend Symposium.<\/h1>\n

<\/h3><\/h1><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

In January 2013, 22 international top stylists from 11 countries came together for a Wella trend workshop at the Soho House in Berlin.<\/p>\n

“How can a groundbreaking trend collection for 2014 be brought to life through a co-creation process of international top stylists?”<\/p>\n

The workshop encourages participants to create impulses for the seasonal trend worlds SS\/AW in two parallel groups. Through action learning, two screenwriters introduce the stylists to the subject of storyboarding. The inspiring process culminates in the presentation of numerous storyboards and prototypes ready for production.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
